The Following is our Standard Return Policy:

We accept returns on merchandise within 10 days.

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless didn't received what you ordered. Each return has to have RMA Number ( return merchandise authorization number) for us to be able to process your refund. All returns with our RMA number will be refused.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund or exchange within 10 days from date you received your original package.  (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). If you do not send items in the condition that you received them, (ie. Bags and Tags) then items will be sent back to you. Return labels will be provided for exchanges ONLY. Please provide your invoice/order number in the email along with your reason for exchange. 

All Items Marked As Final Sale Can Not Be Returned For A refund

Exchange return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

If there is any existing shipping label, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 3-7 business days after  it is received) and then  your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14  business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 Shipping Policy

 Once your place your order you can track its status in our back end, entering your order id and your email. We will contact you within 3 business days after you placed your order to confirm your order and give you shipping estimate on your order. You credit card will NOT be charged until we confirm your order with you. 

We ship all merchandise with  USPS  shipping with tracking number and signature confirmation.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please let us know if you do not receive your package within 10 working days via email so we can investagate and make sure you receive your package
